Digital Goods Policy

Due to the digital and instant nature of the products and subscriptions we sell, we typically do not offer hard refunds once an order has been activated, delivered, or utilized.

Eligible Refunds

Hard cash refunds will only be issued under two absolute conditions:

  • We are completely unable to deliver the product within 48 hours of your verified payment.
  • We are unable to provide a functional replacement for a dropped service within 48 hours of you reporting it.
